Receiving Instructions

Whole blood should be spun down within 8 hours.

Storage stability:

  • Serum and plasma samples should be transported and stored at 2–8 °C for up to 7 days.
  • Frozen serum and plasma samples are acceptable and should remain frozen until testing is performed.
